Our career training programs have a combined placement rate of more than 80%—over 2,300 graduates have been placed in full-time positions since 2006! Eligibility requirements for this program are compassion and empathy for caring for others, plus:
- Must be 18 or older
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Must be fluent in English
- Valid California driver’s license or state ID
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have 6 months of work experience
- Prior experience cleaning, maintaining or servicing homes/businesses is a plus
- Must commit to perfect attendance for the duration of the training program
- Acceptance conditioned upon passing a criminal background check
